Well 2011 went out with a bang. We are well into 2012. In my last tweet I said it was going to be a good year. Well, in some respects it was. Some not. I started a new job in March and moved to South Carolina. Hung in there for 4 months. Totally didn’t work out. Not my cup of tea so to speak. Like working in a pressure cooker. I decided to move back home where I belong, semi retire and leave the Corporate life behind for good. I am now educated in the Investment Arts and Sciences and have become a Stock Market Trader. I enjoy it much more than having to punch a clock. I get up when I want, workout when I want and trade in the morning and afternoon in my shorts. I will run it like the business it is supposed to be. WinningTrades LLC. So far, so good. Not getting rich yet, but making a little money and having a good time. Hurray for 2012!
I just know it. I feel good about the opportunities and possibilities coming our way. I know the economy is in the trash, but hey, we don’t have much control over that so why waste time worrying or even thinking about it right? Let’s just concentrate on what we can do to better ourselves and our loved ones (friends and family). I’ve mentioned before that I’m into classic cars. My neighbor Earl is a master in car restoration. His website is at:http://www.classiccarcreations.net. You can check out some of his work there in the Gallery. Got a lot on my plate so I’ll close for now. Will talk later.
Hey guys and gals,
A friend and I took a little excursion over to Orlando this weekend making the rounds at music stores and interesting places. We stopped in Discount Music Center just window shopping. But me, I’m like a kid in a candy store. I found a really easy playing and good sounding Ibanzez bass guitar. A really good deal with the price also. Anyway, bought it and am really enjoying it. I’m reading a lot and taking online tutorials on music and audio recording. Learning and applying what I learn in my home studio. If you really want to learn the basics of having your own studio, go to tweakheadz.com. He’s been doing it a long time and really knows his stuff. That’s it for now, will try to update tomorrow. I’m new at this.
This is my first post, to welcome you to this blog about music, guitars and cars. These are the things that I’m really into. If they are close to your heart as well, feel free to join. There’s a line in a song from a long time ago that goes: Like Water Dripping Up The Spout, Don’t Stop Now Let It All Hang Out. This is kinda my motto. If you find something your passionate about, you gotta go for it. You don’t want to wake up one of these days as your growing old (as all of us are) and say: Wow! I wish I had done this or that. Think about it.
